Have 2 drivers I never bought!

I just noticed I have two drivers in my team that I NEVER bought! What the hell is this???

I didn't buy these drivers! Why on Earth should I??? The first one comes from Jack Basford himself! Why is it in my team without having bought it?? I find myself with huge money losses now and with two drivers I NEVER bought! Can somebody please take a look at what's happening?!??

Is this supposed to be a serious reply from a moderator?


Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough. I have these two drivers in my team and I NEVER bought them! I wasn't even online when it happened, according to the finances history. Once I logged in the game I noticed my money and tokens were missing and so I wondered why. Then I found these two drivers being part of my team but I never bought them. I never have bid on them and I never wanted them. Someone did put them in my team. And I want this problem to be sorted out. I don't want them. I want my money and my tokens back.

Can another moderator who's willing to help please reply and take a look at what happened to my account? Thank you!

Do you share your password to anyone? If NOT,  do you think that someone else could get into your iGP Manager account?  (I'll pass the info to the devs, to see what they can do to solve the issue).

I don't know if somebody else entered my account or not and that's why I'm trying to ask for help! I don't share my account with anyone else. I want to know what happened. If someone entered my account and bought those two drivers out of spite. If some mods or devs wanted to get rid of them and placed them somewhere else manually (one of them comes from Jack Basford). Or if it's just other weird bug in the game.

What's for sure is that I NEVER bought them and I never have bid on them in the market. I don't buy drivers. I have a 5 stars Academy and I produce them by myself. Why should I even consider to buy talent 1 drivers from the market??? Something happened and I would like to know what's that. Thank you for replying.

Apologies for any inconvenience or distress this has caused.

First of all, don't worry, I don't think anyone else accessed your account at this time. All logins to your account today are from the same IP address and/or Telecoms provider and trace back to the same region. It looks like it's all the same person (you).

I believe what you have encountered is a rare bug within the auction / transfers system which we will be working to resolve soon, and nothing more. We have had a few reports in recent weeks of drivers appearing in a team randomly like this. We will be investigating it soon.

The fact that one of the drivers came from me is just a coincidence. I was experimenting with the transfers system earlier and one of the drivers appears to have encountered this bug. In a way, this is useful, since I have an idea of what steps to do to reproduce the bug now.

I have sent you 12 Tokens to remedy the situation. Would you like me to remove the drivers from your team as well?

Yes I would like things to be taken back where they were before this happened, that's why I didn't sell them yet. Thank you so much Jack for making this clear and I'm glad it was just a rare bug and nobody else entered my account without my consent. Thank you and sorry for bothering with this.

I've removed the drivers now. I didn't realise it had charged Tokens and cash as well, so I've returned the cash and sent 10 more Tokens. My original intention was to gift some Tokens, so now you should have some extra.

Thanks for reporting this. As a result of your case we should have some good evidence to investigate this bug now.
