Engine shop

Engine shop don't pop up if you are out of engines and app suggests to buy more

Same problem here :(

I’ve just spent 10 gold for 10 engines and although the gold was taken I didn’t get any engines. Please can you refund me or add the engines? I also didn’t get the pop up when told I was out so had to go in manually. This was on the ipad app.

Reported to devs. 

I have the same problem I spent gold and didn’t get anything in return.

Same for me, just bought 5 engines for 6 tokens - tokens are gone, didn't receive the 5 engines though.

Dominik you have purchased parts as 5 engines cost 5 tokens not 6.

Well, lets just not talk about it anymore, okay? :D My fault, I'm sorry ;-)

Still not had my tokens back and have had to spend 10 more on engines. Please can one of the moderators refund these for me?

Unfortunately mods don't have the required powers to able to do so but I've reported the issue to devs, hopefully soon they will sort it for you the ones who correctly purchased engines and didn't get them but if you purchased parts instead of engines by mistake then that's your own fault.
