I have been trying to get hold of someone to sort my cars out, I have been waiting a while to join an active league and a space came up yesterday. Once I joined my car reset and is now shockingly bad!! I know that they do this to prevent league hopping but I don't do that and think it's unfair that my car is now so bad that I just can't compete!! I changed once before ages ago and had the same problem but after sending a msg, they sorted my car and made it more competitive. I have tried several methods to try and get hold of someone to help but just not getting any response! Starting to feel quite fed up with it really as it is pretty poor!!

Thanks bud, just a bit frustrating when you join a very active league and you see by the review page that acceleration is maxed and yet my car is only on 13!!.. :-(

Hi Jim, sorry about the support delays. It's something we're working on resolving for next month. It hasn't been maintained to the usual standard this month due to Yunus' absence and the rest of the team being fully occupied.
Regarding your designs, I'll take a look tomorrow before your race and probably give you some extra points, but nothing excessive because I don't want to skew the league obviously.
This is a one off, not something I expect to take time out to do on a regular basis. We'll need to assess internally what we can do to improve the design balancing beyond that.

Thanks Jack, that would be much appreciated. Couldn't you put something in place where as if a player has remained in the same league for more than 50 or 75 races that if they change leagues all the stats reset to 43? That would have been much better than the 13 I got first .I was in my last league for more than 100 races. Plus it would look after the players that don't league hop but find a more competitive league to join like I hopefully have. Thanks.
