Pilot skipped the pit stop

So it was the pretty usual situation when I cancelled the unnecessary pitstop while having enough fuel to complete 1 extra lap. But then not sure what had happened but I saw my pilot drive by the pit lane without entering it with 0.0 fuel left. I definitely did not push the cancellation button again so it was shocking to me. Ended up in retirement and loss of many points.

If you cancel a stop u need to manually press pit button as u have over ridden your pre set strategy.

Neither have I and I have to cancel almost every race at least one pit stop, but the automatic usually still engages the pit signal the next lap again and so far the cars never failed to do that stop as well. Only once the automatic failed to engage the pit stop here, but I didn't cancel it the lap before then. Seeing that the light isn't coming on I could still flag the car in manually to its stop, though.

This seems to be the only time we have ever seen a report of this, however, if it repeats, please create a new thread so I can document the problem.
