This has to be implemented, kept for 24hrs in order for those of us who dont get to attend races live... to be able to review the race

I would be asking your league host to use recording software and post it to a facebook/whatsapp/discord group. Asking the developers to start recording every race that goes through the servers will just increase the load going through them 10 fold.

Good idea for league to record the races themselves, some leagues already do this, I am sure I read on the forum previously.
Bad idea expecting it to go through "official channels"

Or you can just go into the previous race results and review your times from there - easier than watching a race replay

Or the races can be streamed through a yt channel (using your own for a league)
