 I'm at the pro. the maximum design points on the pro are 80. why my design points can be up to 84 points maximum. is there a sorfware error?

In Rookie and Pro, the suppliers (engine, fuel, and tyre) bonus can bump your stat to above the maximum (50 and 80 respectively).
In Elite, supplier bonus cannot bump your stat above 100.
