There should by hourly forecast for race day. Now, there is a forecast saying "Heavy Rain - 90% chance, humidity 70%" and in the race it is 30 degrees without a hint of cloud. Weather forecasting could definitely be improved.

Sometimes I go look at an actual weather forcast, mostly the radar, around where the track is. Most circuits have an hourly weather forcast just for that area.

Because the forecast is for the 24hour period... the live weather is shown when your doing your setup/strategy [and also in race] depending on what time the race is at the forecast could be totally irrelevant
