Will new tracks such as Montreal, Korea, India etc be uploaded? Maybe Q3 patch?

I am not sure I understand what you mean but the devs don't upload anything.  I think they build the tracks from scratch so not something that can be done in a few weeks.  But I might be wrong.

What I mean is that will the season calendar be changed by building tracks from scratch to match the current F1 calendar?  The iGP calendar at the moment is the same as the 2009 F1 season.

ok - The tracks will be updated - just not very soon.
I doubt for Q3 but as I always say  - I don't actually know.
