Hi
In the last 3 races in the league I host we have had a number of players including me that have been suffering from really bad lag in the races
Is there anyway in fixing this?

Yes it’s been the same for me Jim. Sometimes the cars just enter the straight and next second their at the other end of the straight

I get that a lot, especially when using boost or DRS. Sometimes it's just that, other times my car will appear at the end of the straight and then go slow while cars that were just ahead before my car jumped, overtake it again.

In my experience, lag is basically a bad connection/ internetspeed problem.
Cant really solve this because we play with people from all over the world and not everyone has the best connection possible.
The better your internetconnection, the more lag u will have.
For your connection makes 'your game' 'up to date' but it has to 'wait' for other peoples bad connection to become up to date.
It might also be 'overcrowding' of the server at certain times tho...
Knowing this... sadly it is a great way too cheat in almost every multiplayer game.
There are programs to temporarely cut the internet connection from time to time to give an advantage.
Or udp-flooding is also commonly used.
It pisses me off,
Personally i rather lose fair n square than win by cheating in whatever way.
Too bad not everyone does.
Unfortunatly theres no real way to solve this except find out who isnt lagging n boot them.
Im not saying those people that dont lag are cheaters tho, it might just be bad connection
And it wouldnt be fair to boot them simply for this reason so..
Sorry, but just deal with it
