Hola es esto un problema del juego? El simulador pone que se desbloquea al nivel 3 me pone. Y soy nivel 11 y nose desbloquea.

Mientras tenes otra construcción activa, el mensaje te aparece igualmente. Cuando termines la próxima mejora, fijate que vas a poder mejorar el simulador.
