2D Payment problem

Dear iGP admins,

I got a problem. I want to get the 50% discount for the 1year subscription but when I try to pay via PayPal (I got 30 euros on there, so enough to pay it), it tells me that I need a credit card. But I got no credit card. So I got no opportunity enlarge my subscription up to 1 year and a bit more. Please help!
