At the moment managers can change the name and nationality of a driver, which is good. However, I think managers should also be able to change the driver's avatar, this way the manager has 1 more option for optimization.
I also think a driver's gender should also be open to modification, but it would be slightly more complicated given that male and female drivers have different minimum weight in this game.
