I bought 11 engines for 13 tokens, but I never got them. Now I have no engines and no tokens left.

Hi Zahir
It has been reported and will be looked into.

Hi Zahir.
Investigation has been done on this and you brought parts with your 13 tokens. once for 10 tokens and once for 3 tokens.
Please make sure when you go to buy engines that you are on the correct tab.

That would be a bug though. The 10 parts should cost 10 token alright but that additional part should be 2 token. If it really was 3 token then something exchanged engines for parts in the system (or the price for parts from 2 to 3 token), because as manager you can't choose parts for this price.

Ah OK, so it was 12 token. Maybe Ian got distracted by that last purchase of engines (and OP) to write 13 instead. :-)

Sorry Frank Typo on my part with the 13 from the opening post.

Hi, I always buy engines, so I am pretty sure I know what I bought.. I bought 10 engines for 10 tokens and then next day I again bought 1 engine for 3 tokens.

Hello Zahir,
You must have been confused, the records show that and the history has never failed to date. I am so sorry.
Zahir Dilawar medal 5000 6 years 59 days ago
Ok, so how can I loose 3 tokens for 1 part?? A part cost is 2 tokens and the next day I again bought an engine for 3 tokens, which I never got and also I never saw any parts added to my tally! I buy engine every time I can't make same error 2 days in a row. I would really appreciate if you could please allot my engines, if not can you please revert back the tokens for parts (if you see any parts alloted to me)

Hi Zahir, I realized I hadn't answered this question you e-mailed to us (which followed after your request to recover your account). There is some confusion caused by José's response to you, and the image he shared (which I have deleted).
Here is a breakdown of your tokens spent since November 15, in chronological order:
November 15:
You started the day with 11 tokens.
You spent 1 token to scout for a young driver. (Total tokens: 10)
You confirmed a purchase to spend 10 tokens in exchange for 10 parts. (Total tokens: 0)
Your race took place and you earned 3 tokens from your sponsor. (Total tokens: 3)
After the race, you confirmed a purchase to spend 2 tokens for 1 part. (Total tokens: 1)
November 16:
Your race took place and you earned 3 tokens from your sponsor. (Total tokens: 4)
You confirmed a purchase to spend 3 tokens for 1 engine. (Total tokens: 1)
November 17:
Your race took place and you earned 3 tokens from your sponsor. (Total tokens: 4)
November 18:
You confirmed a purchase to spend 3 tokens for 1 engine. (Total tokens: 1)
Your account history shows you confirmed purchases for parts on November 15 twice in the same day, the first for 10 tokens in exchange for 10 parts, and 2 tokens in exchange for 1 part.
Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to reverse purchases you didn't mean to make when you intended to do another (engines instead of parts).
I've added 6 tokens to your account to apologize for the confusion caused, and hope my explanation clears things up.
