Temporary solution for crashes during races

Hello managers,

Our team of developers is still working to resolve this incident. In the meantime, here are some steps that can stop unexpected crashes during races. I insist, this is only a temporary solution.

  1. Change the settings of your viewer to Low quality.

  2. Change the settings of your viewer to Only Icon display.

  3. Exit and restart the race.


If you successfully watch the race correctly, raise the quality of the viewer one level and restart the race. Every time you complete a race without problems repeat this process, otherwise lower the quality. Inform us on this topic of feedback, it will be of enormous help to our developers

*This only works in the browser version, with WebGL. If you experience a crash in the app, please make sure you have the latest iGP Manager version 3.3 installed.

Hi Jose , I play on mobile- crashing  at mo it’s sorted out. But I did say that on laptop or iPad  the quality of pic is poor - even at v low res. Loading again makes no diff. Plus there is no sound- either. Hope a perm sol to these issues and others follow asap. Cheers.

I was watching a live race on day and I went to zoom in on my car and about halfway It froze and I exited the player and never tried again. (This was the first live race I tried to attend after the big update) Any way to fix this

How do i change the quality of the viewer?


You can change the viewer quality to 'Low' from the 'Settings' tab in the PC version.


In the app, you can only change to 'Icon Only', again from the 'Settings' option.

Icon i found but this i have to do everyday cuz he dont save my settings. But quality i cant change then.

You'll have to change the race viewer quality in the race viewer settings as well. It was removed from the settings of the base game some time ago. After some problems launching the race viewer at some qualities, and thus impossible to access the setting to change it, it was said it should be brought back into the base game settings but it seems that hasn't happened yet.

Hi, 

It still keeps crashing on Mac Safari - everything is up to date. Very frustrating esp. when about to pit!

Please update on the "real" solution.

PS My race viewer is stuck to only icon - I can't change it to any others anyway.
