Hopping between at least 3 leagues multiple times a week is not a fantastic strategy.

ROFL. No doubt. Is he taking advantage of the "cant race for 24 hours" training bug? If you are then I can clearly say this is your own fault. If not, why are you switching between leagues so often? You can't complain about being low on money when you're losing 10% every time you switch leagues.

Isn't that an exploit which where someone gets painfully penalized for exploiting?

I Race In One League On a Saturday At 9pm This is a league i have considerable Points In and im fighting for a constructors Title. I Then Join a Differant League For The Rest Of The Week So i can Run Strategy Tests And Race against a higher quality player...

This Week Due To Working Earlys i decided To Plump For Active Managers league Over My Normal Everyday Igp League Due to a earlier start time...

I try not to make value judgments on Internet forums, but honestly the ludicrous part (to me, anyway) is that you blame a system that you are attempting to exploit. In my mind, if you're going to risk artificially inflating your team that way, you probably ought to accept the occasional consequence of doing so.
