Its probably been suggested before and i dont know if it could be done by the developers of the game but, and i know its not possible now, could we at all at some stage mix up the tracks. The list of tracks i know people have asked for more and stuff and yes that would be great but to be able to randomly mix the tracks or let the host pick the track order?
Its not a big problem or anything but would just add and extra to the game. I know for me it always took almost half a season to catch up to the good teams that are levels ahead of me and to maybe mix it up a bit.

Quote from the developer blog:

Upcoming updates

In the short-term we are focusing our energies on User Experience improvements, which covers everything from improving the interfaces to performance and bug-fixing. In the mid-term, we are wrapping up some exciting projects such as developing new tracks and updates to the layout of existing ones. We had hoped to get these into the game much sooner, but due to many projects taking a higher priority over the preceding months, we now expect the first updated tracks to arrive by the end of the year.

Well that answers half the question then!! I hope that the main part of my question gets answered now! I do understand they have lots to do and in no rush it was purely a suggestion or question!
Thanks for that!!

Then ill answer it for u.

No!
With only 17 tracks to choose from and 17 races in a season.. there is no reason at all to mix up anything. Maybe 'when' we have more tracks.
For now, mixing up the order is not gaining anyone anything except the illusion of change.
Plus it would take a whole lot of unneccesary scripting to 'fix' 'yet another' unexisting 'problem'.

Hope to be of service

Well i dont know about the scripting part as that shouldnt change a thing on that side at all, well it never did when we coded our race group!
But thats cool no dramas just would be great to see and its not really an illusion at all as far as i can see!

Maybe something for the future then!! But would be nice if a Developer would answer!

Why is it not an illusion?
Australia (or any track ftm) first or last makes no difference to strategies whatsoever.
Car development is the only variable here but even that is minimal.

I just want to see new tracks like Austin or Baku, as well as Canada, yano like the current F1 Calender. It would spice up the game a bit with like 3 or 4 new tracks

I also think mixing up the tracks could be a welcome change as tracks could be run on at different stages of car development, and also in the championship fight. But with new, or at least updated tracks, just about around the corner it would make sense to include this kind of change into those updates, so the race calendar code can be worked, tested and optimised in one go.

And there is a post up that they are looking at new tracks somewhere i just couldnt find it off the top of my head. I know they have to be careful with getting things to close to the exact F1's as copy-write rules etc etc we had that in the racing i used to run before.
