I've been away from the game for a while and just wanted to check what's going on with the weather. In game at the moment after one practice lap, we have 3.6mm of rain but when I check on Weather Underground for Hockenheim it's showing no rain, or having had rain, plus only 10% chance of rain in the future. In game the future forecast is rain. So where should I be going these days to get accurate forecasts for weather?

Hi Luke
At the moment I believe the weather feed continues to be provided from Weather Underground but according to Jack's most recent blog this is due to change towards the end of the year. On 5th November Jack wrote...

We will be moving the entire weather service to a new provider by the end of the year as well, since the old provider is closing down their service.

Like you, I have sometimes found discrepancies between the weather displayed in Weather Underground and what I'm experiencing in iGP. I always assumed that this was most likely caused by me not using exactly the same weather station.

Also if you really checked Hockenheim you were a few hundred kilometres off, the German iGP is run on the Nürburgring. ;-)
