When I change my photo profile the game didn't save it, again!

The likely reason is that the file is too large. There is a maximum file upload size of 2MB. We do not currently have an error message for this, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will add an error message when we can. In the meantime, compressing the image to below 2MB should resolve this.
EDIT: After looking at the code it seems we no longer enforce the 2MB limit, but we did verify fairly recently that you can get around this by uploading a smaller file.
Could you send me the image you were trying to upload? E.g. by hosting it somewhere and pasting the link. I could then use it to debug the issue.

I'm having the same issue.
I change the photo, hit save, the screen changes to the home screen and then when I go back to the manager page, or any other page where the pic is displayed, it's the old one that shows.

Let's make it easier, if you are having problems uploading an image, please e-mail it to support@igpgames.com, attached to the e-mail, with "Profile Photo Upload" in the subject line. One of us three will be able to check this way and it is convenient for you guys. Be sure to mention this forum thread (no link necessary).

Just a quick update for you. I tried again, using an Android tablet running Android 5, this time it saved the pic and all was fine. However, just out of curiosity, I tried again, this time on my phone running Android 8.0 and the pic wouldn't save. I don't know if it's an Android version problem or what.
