Subscription mistake? Help?

Hello. I submitted this as a help ticket, but I never heard anything back and was hoping maybe to get this resolved quickly by any developer that might be hanging about currently. It's not a major problem in the strtictest of senses, but it's something that I'd really like to get resolved as soon as can be done.

Basically I purchased a year subscription (with the coupon code) using my credit card. However, I did not feel inclined to log into PayPal, so I paid as a guest. However, I found out upon completing the transaction that iGP signs up for auto-renewal when your subscription runs out. After skimming through the forums a bit, I found that the way to cancel this is through your PayPal account, which I did not use.

I called PayPal immediately to ask if there was any way they could cancel the auto-renew. The guy I spoke to said that they could not do so since I did not use a PayPal account, and that the only way to stop the auto-renewal from going through is to cancel the entire transaction and do it over again using a logged in PayPal account. Reluctantly I agreed, hoping that I could just start over fresh and fix everything.

I sent a message using the help ticket to explain the situation and ask about my options, but since doing this (July 26) I've heard no response.

However, since that time I've noticed two things. First, my newly purchased 12 month subscription has not been cancelled. Second, and very relevant, I've still been charged the price of the subscription. At the moment I'm fine with this, as I'm more than happy to pay for the service at such a great discount--especially when I'm helping fund the game's continued development. But now I'm not so sure about the auto-renew. I don't want to have to worry about whether or not I'm going to get a surprise charge out of this in the future since who knows whether or not I'll be willing to pay for it after a year?

Also, this is listed under my payments history, so I'm still really not sure what to make of the current situation:

My main concerns are currently the following:
1) Is my subscription paid?
2) If it is paid, will I have to worry about auto-renewal?
3) Even if my card is billed, because of the phone call with PayPal, is there a chance that I'm going to get my subscription nixed out of sheer misunderstanding?
4) If I'm going to end up refunded and then have to re-buy the subscription, will I be able to do it before that awesome coupon code runs out? I don't know if I would have gone down the 12 month subscription route if it wasn't for the coupon, so this is a major concern of mine.

I appreciate any and all help you can give me, be it here on the forums or privately in regards to specific account details. It looks like you guys have some great customer service overall, so I'm confident that the situation will get sorted in spite of what a mess I may have made of it. Thanks!
