Hello! Only, what the female must have, is age - 17y and talent - 20. Other abilities I can make better with training.

U are level 16. Upgrade your youth facility to lvl 14 (or up) and u will have a (terrible) 20 talent driver within a couple of coins.
Approximatly 1 out of 10 is a girl.
Or.....
Hope someone is willing to spend at least 16 coins to help a random person....
