The cars you see for the other players is an old design of the car. It's from an outdated version of the livery design when the game was created in 2011. The reason these players still have the old design of their cars showing is because they have not updated their car design since this outdated version was discontinued. There is also another outdated version that was the second version, and we are now currently on the third version.
