Controls get stuck on browser

only when I use Browser on Windows,  when using keyboard controls the boost and sometimes push level controls get stuck and go unresponsive either on or off, I cannot change them with mouse or anything after until I reload, obv if stuck on I end up wasted my kers . please can you look into this. 

Hi Ashton, which browser(s) are you using that presents this problem?

Windows 10, google chrome

@Ashton Did you have something open while you were trying to use the controls from the keyboard? If you keep the chat or anything else open, the keys will turn off. Try to keep everything closed. and check what happens

yes nothing else was open , its only sporadically, not every race annoyingly lol. also last 2 days races on PC are almost unplayable and take 10mins to load the race itself. no downloads or other programs open, on phone its still fine. 

@Ashton Are your races at 2.0 speed?

Yes they are at 2.0. 
Just to note i have not been able to retry any keyboard control's since  the race does not run on pc to try and recreate the issue and identify what may be the cause lol.
I have another race today so will let you know how it goes.

Couldnt try keys again. Took 7mins to connect to race and then connection was so bad it made the game very slow and often freezing. I believe there are a few new threads for this issue. 

As I expected, I have the same problems.  I pointed these out to the developers.  Thank you for your cooperation

@Ashton How was your race this morning?        Did you have any problems?  I think it's been solved.

Same. Ive had to stop using keys now. Ruined too many races. I have managed to recreate it a few times now before i stopped. Its when i push kers on both cars at same time. 

It happens only when both cars deploy KERS? Does it happen if you click on one driver's KERS and use the keyboard for the other?

I tried that and the one I used the keyboard for still sticks, not the other one. (and no its not the keyboard, I also checked lol)
