What did you try to do?
Car upgrade, practice laps, staff management all locked

What happened instead?
Strangely setup and strategy could be changed.

Android 7 I think

Win 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Don't know how it began. After last race problem is still there

Did not work José. Problem is still there.
Edit: on my tablet everything works fine. But on my smartphone it's still locked

Please make sure your device is using the correct timezone and correct time for where you live.
