I've a questione about my chief designer. I've bought him on the Middle of the last season , but seems likes the game didn't accept his strength : i get a -7 malus instead of a bonus likes on screenshot :

It's normal ? I've a bonus on fuel economy instead of a malus :/ Sorry for my eng!

If your question is referring to the (-7) on Acceleration and (+15) on Fuel Economy then those values are not from your CD, they are the values of your suppliers (Wonder engine and Subtotal fuel, the +5 Braking and -3 Tyre Efficiency also is a supplier, Bridgerock tyres). The CD strength and weakness are not fixed points on your current car but affect the development of the next car during a season and thus more and less points in those attributes for the new car you get at the first race. It also affects research, so you gain more points than the listed percentage if you research die strength and less if it's the weakness.
