Talent

Hi, I’m new to the game and just trying to build up slowly. Quick question re talent. Can a driver’s talent be improved and, if not, how and when can I get a driver with a talent level higher than 1 (or sometimes 2 available for sale)? I’m currently level 9 or 10 I think, is it just a case of the higher level you get to the more talented drivers become available to you? I noticed there are some people in my league only a couple of levels above me yet with drivers talent levels up in the teens?? Any advice for a rookie much appreciated. Thanks 

Hi Ross, no talent can't be improved. Best way to check transfers every time you log on and marketplace...or ask in your league as other managers might have drivers from their youth...a lot of the higher rep players have a main team and use that to transfer between teams talent 20''s. 

Shaun, thanks for the reply. I’ve also just started building up the youth training facility. At what stage should I get this to before scouting for young talent?

You can scout straight away but to get a high talent driver at litter level academy will use many tokens unless by chance you find good talent drivers straight away. But as your academy gets higher level high talent becomes more frequent for less tokens to find them. 

I neglected the youth to when I was buidingg up concentrating on design and tech.  But as Ms said it does cost alota of tokens which would be useful elsewhere.. Best way is to get a kind person to sell you one that is suitable to your level.
