So, I used to play this a tad back in 2014-15. I absolutely LOVED the detail this game had but unfortunately I had to quit and got back into it in 2017. The game changed so much. What happened to detailed setups? Designs? Next year car development? Its all so simplified now. Please tell me there are plans to make this game more complex? How it used to be was so much better, in my opinion. I plead for this, this had the potential to be one of the best management games ever created but the game seems so gutted now. Please somebody tell me why they changed it so much?

The game is still pretty fun. But look up GPRO for a more detailed racing management game.
Edit: Who is editing my posts here and why? Whatever happened to free speech and discussion? GPRO is not even a competitor to IGP as it doesn't have a mobile app.

GPRO sounds great Peter, I'll go check it out. iGP doesn't make sense to me. I'm level 18 and battling a level 14 team for position in the races. My team isn't great but it's a heck of a lot better than a level 14. There is some help provided to understand the game but a lot of things just aren't that obvious!

Hi guys, the mods got overzealous and closed the thread because they were concerned that it was just being used to advertise another game. With GPRO specifically, we've had several attempts along the road to flood "propaganda" and links in iGP Manager, and illegitimate forum threads which are totally transparent spam, which speaks for itself. Rather than delete the thread, as the moderator did, I've suggested re-opening it and posting a more polite explanation of why it was removed.
To answer the original question: The decision to streamline elements like setup was a necessary part of the process of porting iGP Manager to be fully cross-platform (mobile portrait + tablet + desktop), where we have to work with quite extreme limitations on screen space and also being realistic, people's patience and time. Not everyone has time for the full "hardcore" desktop game experience. Of course, if that is what you are looking for, there are games that provide that.
