New weather provider

We have migrated the service to a new weather data provider as our old provider is retiring their service at the end of the year.

The migration overall has gone smoothly, but there were some briefly erratic conditions in the last hour during the transition. This should be resolved and conditions now and going forwards should be correct and accurate.

I keep thinking it would be better for race strategy's sake if we could have an hourly forecast for the next 24 hours instead of having tons of days ahead. Just my opinion, of course.

In any case I still think you are doing a great job. I really enjoy this game.

Off topic but something that might be looked at i think that as it is so hard to find how to open or use the forum correctly is down to the lack of information about it it seems that the only users who know how are long standing managers abusing the forum to promote there leagues when we have filters to assist in finding a league which if worked correctly would stop a lot of what igp calls spamming maybe add a page in the info about how to use the forum managers only post as igp does not educate teams on the correct procedure but abuses teams for posting without showing the correct way
