Hi Antony

I assume you're posting about this driver Joseph Evans

The reason he won't lose weight is because he is fully trained in all "trainable" attributes (everything except Talent and Experience which cannot be trained).

To get a driver down to minimum weight you must train Physical BEFORE all of the other attributes are maxed out. I recommend in future you train Physical first until Stamina is 20 and the driver is minimum weight before moving on to focus on the other attributes.
