I mean, the last race i ran while i was changing my fuel during it i had two options becouse i wanted like fuel for 20 laps so it was for 19.8 or 20.4 and i wanted to have fuel for like 20.1 but it couldn`t be becouse i cant add half a liter. Its just for be more risky and try to be faster as the effect of less or more fuel is considerable.

Edit-> effect OR less or more fuel is considerable to effect OF less or more fuel is considerable.

The reason why you are getting 19.8 then straight 20.4 is because you haven't developed the fuel area with design points to your opposition and that's why you are disadvantaged by running more fuel then needed. When you use more design points and catch up.to best team in fuel area or even become the best team with fuel efficiency then your fuel required per lap will be the best or closest to a litre so 20.1 rather than 19.8 or 20.4 so overall it's to do with you not developing fuel efficiency and nothing to do with half a litre.

I think many settings should be open to fine-tuning:
We should be able to select the amount of fuel in a stint accurate to 0.1L.
Advanced strategy should allow us to say "Switch to Wets if water level is above 3.2 mm", accurate to 0.1mm.
