Hi, my league voted in a poll, to not race over the Christmas period. Their decision was that we shouldn't run on Dec 24, 25, 26. Our schedule is currently Europe 22nd, Belgium 23rd, Italy 24th. 
My question is, what do I postpone and when? Our races start at 23.30 GMT

If you Postpone Italy until 27th, that should mean you aren't racing any of them three days.

Correct, and you need to do that at least 24h upfront, so before the Belgium GP starts. You can do it already now of course, so you won't forget.
