Hi Maks, we haven't ever heard of a situation like this, however, we'll try to investigate the race data for anything unusual.

Race in Belgium, 29th December, 19:00
Race started in rain. Inters were obvious choice. However, then weather changed from rain to sunny/cloud, basicly there was no rain anymore. So the track started to dry up. But then something strange happened. No matter how dry it got inters were still faster than softs and wets were as fast as the inters. It even got to 0,0 mm water on track. And even then sofs weren't fastest. In the end, softs, inters and wets were at about same lap time.

I see you play using the Android App. At the moment I believe there is a bug in the App which is causing the indication of tyre compound to be wrong. There is a chance that the other managers were actually on dry tyres but for you viewing the race in the App it looked as though they were running one of the wet compounds. This would explain why they were lapping so quickly on what appeared to be the wrong compound.

I'll escalate this to the devs for a definitive answer.

I hope this helps
Kev.

I'm going to close this thread as solved (at least in terms of an explanation) because the wrong tyre bug has been raised as a separate thread here... https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/18589

Please feel free to add to the thread above with additional information if you think it might help the iGP team to better understand the problem.

Thanks for reporting the issue
Kev.
