This is now several days that I am trying to get support and answers from iGP without success.
Since the general bug on the 23th my league is facing issues after issues. I keep reporting them and asking for a feedback (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread_12/15740). I get nothing. Some issues were sorted but still, many are still on. It is putting a lot of pressure. Already some managers are leaving the league because they are not happy.
Again in the afternoon, I sent messages and no one from iGP answered. As I said, I truly understand the challenges faced during the past days. But, it is now 3 days that I am asking for support and do not get it. And the list of issues is adding up.
Since 2 days:
- a rerun (Brazil) happend yesterday without us being informed. I had requested it to happen tonight.
- in parallel the following race of the calendar (Abu Dhabi) took place in the same time when this one was initially scheduled for today (before the bug of the 23rd).
- because it was the two last races of our season, since yesterday all our cars returned to their level of season start.
- some managers have now their finance in negative because they were away during the two races that took place yesterday evening and they could not reach their objectives.
- all upgrades realized by some other managers in their HO during the entire season disappeared.
- 2 Elite managers have been downgraded to Pro and yet the season is not finished. Same for some Rookies upgraded to Pro. And those ones cannot go back to the Beginners because since, new beginners have joined the league and the beginner level is now full.
- In addition, the race we reran tonight for the second time now (GP of Brazil now ran 3 times) started at 10pm and is still on. It is now 11:22pm.
- During this race, some managers had their settings from two days ago automatically set, meaning rain settings for a dry race tonight.
I keep asking for support and get nothing. Please, could someone tell me how to get it? I might be using the wrong way.

Really sorry that you are having problems. Personally I can't do anything to resolve your issues but I have escalated this thread to the iGP team.

Hi Lox, we are looking in to this now. I believe this league was brought to my attention yesterday and I tried to repair this league quickly earlier, using one-size-fits-all repair tools, but I didn't realise it had so many problems. In this case a more bespoke solution will be required.
I believe I can restore the designs to the correct levels quickly, while Yunus can help with your finances.

Hi Lox, the car designs for everybody has been restored and the cash balances that were affected as a result of the problems your league experienced have been reversed.

Good morning both (or evening, depending on where you are).
Thanks a lot for your support. Now knowing that you are looking into it reinsures me. Still some problems are raised by my managers. It looks like the top up of engine is short by a few units. I am trying to get more information and will come back to you.
Concerning the car designs, I cannot speak on behalf of the other managers but in my case, it did not return exactly to what it was before. The cooling is short by 10 points. There is no need for you to fix it. It is ok for me. It is not going to change the outcome of my season. But I believe it could be the case for other managers in the league.
Please, let me know if you are still working on our issues, as I can see some are still there, like the upgrade or the downgrade of some managers.

The designs may be slightly offset as you describe, because I went back 5 days initially in how far I rolled back. I have taken it to 3 days now, which should include some extra progress you may have had. We should stop there, otherwise we start to get into a grey area if I keep rolling back closer to the current date (the logs become unreliable when the problems started and we may see incorrect values if I attempt to go further still).
For engines etc. you will need to give Yunus a specific list of teams and how many engines they are missing, and he can re-allocate them for you.

Point taken for the design. It is ok.
From what I read, we are short by 2 engines for all the managers who reported. Personnally, I did not pay attention to the number of engines I had before. But seeing the quantity of managers reporting the issue, I believe that it is a general problem. I would suggest to add 2 engines to all managers of the league.
