Live Timing works, Control does not (have latest Java)

Last week the 2D viewer was working just fine for me.  As I only have 1 free trial left, I decided to try the simpler Live Timing + Control method tonight. 

Live Timing worked, but everything below that was blank. I had no information about my driver/car or pit strategy. 

My desktop computer uses Win7 x64 and Firefox (14.0.1 at the moment).  I updated Java, then tried Internet Explorer, updated its Java, tried Chrome, tried each browser on my laptop (also Win7 x64), and each time I had the same result.

I have another race tomorrow night and will probably use 2D for it. 

Any other ideas to get this working?

P.S. - oddly enough tonight's race was my best result.  Maybe my driver doesn't like me jabbering on the radio. ;)

It is down for everyone not just you but they have not answered anyone at the moment they might have gone on holidays

Yep, it ruined my race.  Was on push hard coming out of the pits and lost connection.  Lost a bunch of spots overheating the tires and had to make an extra stop for fuel at the end.

Yeah been down for about 10 hours now.. I still can't spectate races.

Yes, my race is ruined as I can't connect to 2D and Live Timing is buggered. Bad news all around.

At least I am able to see how my cars get slower as the drivers fry their tyres.

We are currently working on getting everything back running.

It has started again and am not happy about this!!! Once is cool but not being able to adjust your driver efforts is really annoying!!! After a third of the race having a clear lead, then connection problem, followed by java issues.

To have to make an extra pit stop and then almost fall out of the points for the second time in a fortnight is not good enough. I bit my tongue the first time but after resubscribing just before the race tonight I'm thinking now if it was worth it??

I understand it is only a game, but this is a game alot of people pay to use, and if I went back to live timing I'd just throw it in.

My race hasn't started - firstly it was saying that the qualifying results aren't available - and now just "not found".

A bit frustrating, but what can you do?
