So let's say there are two Technical Directors on the transfer list
First one has the following stats:
Age: 40
17 Talent
14 Experience
17 Morale
Second one has the following stats:
Age: 34
18 Talent
20 Experience
18 Morale
The second one obviously has higher stats.
Why is it that the first TD has 5 stars (from my point of manager level view) and the second one only 4.5?
It just doesn't make sense to me.....

I just know that it is the same with the drivers.
High age = high star rating

Stars is the most important thing when it comes to staff ignore other numbers. The numbers are generated randomly.

At the moment, the talent, experience, and morale staff have are not implemented in a way to have an impact on their performance.
