Does anyone know a faster and more effective way to earn a larger profit after a  race? I only seem to be making 100k as a lot of it goes to paying staff and drivers and that's with my driver's coming 1st and second.

Develop your Youth Academy to obtain low wages Drivers. 
Don't keep inactive/reserve drivers/Staff. They cost you more $.
Aim to reach sponsor's objective during races....you get a few bucks more...no much more...but more.

Also let your doctor contract expire and the game will automatically assign another with wages at only £50k per race. Yes it will slow driver training, but IMO the savings more than compensate the slight reduction in training speed.

yea..... I haven't had the gots to do that yet(cheap doctor). I'm currently struggling to develop my youth academy fast enough. My current drivers are costing me a fortune per race.
