Glitched youth driver pt2

What did you try to do?
Yet again I go to promote a youth driver and yet again it glitches out and comes out level 9 with many uneven stats.

What happened instead?

It has happened for the second time now in around two weeks.

Interesting, I recruited another driver on your account and the problem only seems to be reproducible through your account.
