I saw a moderator in another thread say that offices and hospitality "reduces the chance of your staff retiring" but ive never heard about this before. Is this actually true or no? If not this could be an interesting feature to add.

If you go down to "forum Francais" and click on "Moral du Personnel" it is one of the last posts from a moderator. Unless I'm mistranslating he says that upgrading the facility helps with keeping staff
