As you're currently in the inter-season break you should be able to reset your design by leaving the league and then immediately re-joining.
You appear to have a CD 1 level lower than your manager level so if you do the above you should have 42 DP in six attributes, 50 in Handling and approx. 22 in Tyre Economy.
TBH I imagine this is exactly what the iGP team will do if they get around to it before your Australia race.

Kevin Taylor medal 50007 years 245 days ago Acceleration may be higher than 42, this will most likely be because one or more of your suppliers gives you a bonus. For example, if your engine supplier is Murk you will get +7 acceleration bonus bringing the attribute up to 49.
