How I get 5 star CD & TD?

I don't know what to do.  Can anyone tell me how I can find a 5 star CD and TD? ? I always get only 4.5 colleagues displayed.  My LVL is 18.

Hi Marc.
I'm afraid it's a case of waiting until one turns up. But why are you only interested in 5 star? In my experience a 4.5 star CD who is the same level as your team (in this case 18) will generate exactly the same next season design as a five star one.

The bigger problem is that any useful ones are rare as hens teeth, I haven't seen a level 18 CD with acceleration as its strength for months
