Finding new league

I want to change a league and find a more active championship...what steps do I need to take and when since I am still new in the game and I want to avoid the penalty of leaving my old league???

That's one of my compainings about the game. This tool is not the best it could be and it becomes really hard finding a great league with active managers. I usually look at other managers stats, searching for a league they participated before and that has great number of active managers. Posts at the league chat, avatar and car design are signals that a players is active.

Other way is searching for a league here at the forum. There is always managers looking for new players.

About the penalty i'm afraid it's not possible to avoid it. Whenever you quit a league you have to pay 1% of your money and you car will start at the new league with almost no design points. They say they do this so managers can't get any benefit from jumping from league to league.

I'm posting my league here so if you wanna join it, it would be nice. The Pro has about 7 active players, but the problem is it's a brazilian league so we only chat in portuguese.

Personally I search for a championship between 18. 30 and 19.30 because I like to watch my races... the game is very good!!!
When I entered my championship the rookie league was full but then I realized that only 2 managers were active and now in the pro league it's only me and 1 more manager and there is no way in the near future this to change because I just saw that all inactive managers from rookie league disappeared so I have been trapped!!!! :(
If I enter a new championship I start from the pro tier not from the rookie???
If I join a league during the preparation day do I get a penalty?

Yeah, that's awful. I'm fighting against these inactive rookie managers in my league too.

When you join a new league you enter at the same tier you were at your last league. Now you are a Pro manager, so you'll join in the Pro tier.

Is it possible next to the managers name when we view for a new league to be a green/red light to show which manager is active or not???

John the best way to find an active league is to post in this forum with the following details you are looking for
Time of race.
Race speed.
Race length
One or two car league
This will then give league host a chance to see what you require and if what you require is what they have they can let you know.
Or you can go through the posts in this forum and see if any match what you are looking for.

What is race speed and length??? How this effect in the game????

Try this one:

Race speed is how fast the race is. 1x speed means all cars go at their usual pace, 2x speed means the cars are all twice as fast as normal.

Race length is obviously how many laps the race is. 100% is basically F1s length of races, 50% is half of that etc. 

Simply put you have 6 choices: 12 minute races, 22 minute races, 45 minute races, 60 minute races or 90 minute races. Or pick a specific speed and length to try out. Personally I believe 50% 1.5x is the best option for someone new to the game.

When is the best moment to join a new league to avoid car penalty????

Yeah, I preferred a 50% race distance cause it takes only half an hour to complete the race. (I don't have a lot of free time during the week)

From my point of view, you should join a league at the beginning of a new season. If you join at the half of the season, the other teams have already upgraded their cars, so, it will be pretty hard to be competitive. Anyway, it's your decision.

We have space available in all tiers if you are still looking for a league to join. i know you said you would prefer a full distance but the option is at least there.

There are 4 or 5 active in each of Rookie and Pro and 15 active daily in Elite.

Edit - Just seen your response to "M S" saying the time is not really suitable, our league is at the same time so probably the same answer.
