New player here, this looks like it was made by the people that created Top Eleven (The football manager one). Is everything pretty much uniform, also are there any leagues/games or championships that are hosted by the game creators? All the suggested leagues were created by players! lol
How is income made on this game, except through sponsors?

Yes. Most of the leagues have been created such as mine
Income is achiened from sponsors or using tockens to but money(known as an investment.)
There is an entire forum post dedicated to helping players. It is pinned in the help and support forum so should be easy to find. It is titled 'IGP Manager: A guide. There is 2 and they are both written by Joey Mclane. You should definitely check them out.
