Cancel Pit button not showing

Can the bug be reproduced?
I would hope not as it cost me loads of positions, my driver made a extra pitstop and put on the wrong tyre because I couldn't cancel the auto pit stop. It stopped raining and this triggered the auto pit stop. Can we not have a option to enable or disable that functionality, I watch every race and would turn it off if I could.

I have this issue on occasion when I’m modifying fuel/tyre settings as the pit stop is occurring. After my car leaves the stop, the pit/cancel pit button is not available until the next scheduled pitstop is successfully completed.
