CD's

Why do 99% of CD's in the transfer market have 1 of the big 4 attributes as weaknesses? I've been waiting over 2 years for a decent CD and it is costing me many races, please can we create and train our own from the HQ in a future update?

I wont comment on the cd training facility, but to the why the answer is simple.
All the generated cd's and cd's put up for sale on the transfermarket get looked at continuously by us, the managers.
The reason why there are only 'bad ones' on the market is because the good ones get bought within minutes, if not quicker.
So the bad ones that dont get bought stay there for days on end. I dont know how many times they circle back to the transfermarket, but when the clock runs out they usually seem to turn up again straight away. Dunno if this is program or managers desperatly trying to sell them despite noone wanting them, but thats not really upto me to answer. 

If its programmed.. maybe u should request for less 'returning to the transfermarket after net being bid on after the time runs out' 
Cus i dont think a cd training facility is anywhere in the near future unless someone comes up with a profitable plan.
But thats just me guessing...
