The post in this forum is closed. 
The post to register say "you don't have enough privileges to reply to post.
So you can't aply and you can't complain 
because posts are blocked LOL
Resolved it was in their forum delay to approve.

When you signed up, your axcount need to be approved and till that moment you dont have enough priveleges. So probably in 30 minutes you can sign in

Also the thread here in the iGP forums is just an announcement. This special league is managed through AOR and thus league specific questions or critics are better placed there in the AOR forum as that's the forum decided as 'home base' for the purposes of this league.

Of course you're free to discuss matters about this league here as well but that would be more on an between users level and possibly less likely to be noticed by league officials, but I can just guess that as I don't know how active the AOR guys are, or will be, over here.
