Just mentioning here that is seems if you upgrade a part on your car from spying, it resets all your car settings to the default for the next race, luckily I just noticed 2 mins before the lock as I triple checked everything otherwise I would have to bin the upcoming race in 30 mins.
Fix this kthx. Or instead of fixing it, give notice in the chief designer mail that the settings have been reset. Or a prompt notice when force upgrading.
Seems most of the car performance in this game results from knowing which menu items and on screen settings are connected to each other behind the scenes rather than racecraft & 'plancraft'. The guides could use an overhaul.
