Looking for a bit of advice. My youth academy is at level 17 and I've scouted for young drivers 10 times now at level 16/17. So far I've had 1x Talent 19 driver with the rest in the range of 9 - 16 Talent.
On average how many drivers should I expect to scout before I find a Talent 20 Driver ?
Any help would be appreciated.

It can be a mixed bag for scouting 20 Talents. On a lower level Youth Academy (Level 11 - Level 12) it can take up to 100 scouts (Guess I got unlucky that round! xD)
On higher level Youth Academy, you normally get at least one every 30 trys.

VIP Frank Thomas Moderator medal 57267 years 232 days ago It's a bit depending on luck. The last round I scouted, also level 17 both manager and YA, I got a talent 20 about every 4th try.
Shaun Tyrrell medal 50007 years 231 days ago Hi Frank thank you for your input to this thread and for your experience in this matter. I think I might just be unlucky as I've tried on another 5 occasions (now total 15) but still with no Talent 20 driver being revealed. I will carry on trying lol

Ian Mason medal 62177 years 231 days ago I must be lucky then as I think it is to easy to pull T20 drivers. At level 17 I can pull most of the time 4 or 5 of them for 10 coins. I even had it where I had got three or four in a row. Then I just pick the one I want.
In my view T20 drivers should be very hard to pull as every man and his dog has T20 drivers it seems these days.
I just scouted then and pulled a T20 on my second go. Now I have four of them just sitting in my YA

Now youre just winding me up lol. I defo need some of your luck. Out of interest to you scout and discard non T20 drivers immediately or do you scout and keep all drivers until filled up and then discard the ones you don't want ? Be interested in your reply Thanks again for taking the time to reply

I keep two or three of them on hand and sitting in the YA, They are the good T20 that are 17 years of age. If I get a T20 that 19 plus years old I just discard them straight away. and yes anything not T20 gets discarded straight away.
Bastian Ba medal 60917 years 229 days ago Translate as i observed it depends on the stars of the Academy found one with level 10 and 5 star academy with the first token, same happen with level 11 and 5 stars when i just had 4.5 i did not found one with a lot of token even when the Academy was higher level.
You wrote your Academy is level 17 while your level is 19, so improve your Academy to 19 and try it again.
