salve, vorrei sapere il significato di quei "-" nei bonus vicino alle forniture di motori, carburante o pneumatici. Ad esempio i motori della Tifosi hanno un 10 di bonus come frenata e un -6 come risparmio carburante. significa che ti da un bonus sulla frenata ma un malus come risparmio carburante?

Yes Leonardo that's correct each supplier gives you bonus points in an area or reduces points in an area. So if you choose Tifosi for engine supplier then you get + 10 points for braking but you also lose - 6 points on fuel.
