What did you try to do?
I've just tried to start at front lines with lower fuel.

What happened instead?
Driver started at 14th line.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
Both

What is the model of your device?
LG K8

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
10.0*

What operating system is your PC?
Windows

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes

Additional comments: As you can see in the images Juan CAVALLERO has better properties than Müge OSMAN and J. CAVALLERO starts 14th with 18L fuel despite M. OSMAN starts at 7th with 24L fuel. Something wrong with qualifying laps because there is no other explanation for this. If there is, please let me know because as our league members we could not find the problem.

Fuel doesn't matter as all qualifying laps are driven with the minimum required amount of fuel, and also same (neutral) push level. Still more than expected difference between the drivers but drivers do vary in their lap times, especially noticeable with doing several practice laps with the same settings, and sometimes make some really noticeable mistakes. While high Mental skills reduce the time delta and chance of really bad laps it still can happen.

So you are just saying Juan CAVALLERO was not on his day and the only expolantion is this. I am just laughing to this answer :))
I've never tought this is an RNG game instead Strategy . Then why do we buy tokens and spend them to make team&drivers better? Let's just HOPE they will on their day :D You are SOOO FUNNY :))

Because making your team and drivers better allows you to limit the range of the 'RNG' and improves your overall results. Of course you can just laugh and stopping improving but it won't do you any good. Also strategy means knowing the range of times your drivers are able to deliver and plan accordingly.

Also if you think that first stint fuel should be considered for Qualifying then feel free to suggest it, here's actually a recent thread about it: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/19499
