How do you get your driver to the perfect level 20 
I can't ever seem to get any driver past level 19

Hi Ste.
Presumably you're talking about Lothbrok. At the moment he's only 11 in experience, let's see what happens when he reaches 20 in that area as well.
However, I think you're lucky to get him to L19, most of my drivers peak at L18.
