Hi all,

I'm in the process of compiling which training advances what Attribute and Im missing a couple.  I've doing this for ages but the 4 i'm missing never come up.

They are: Influence, Reflexes, Teamwork and Wet Weather.

I think the Wet Weather one is done thru the Speed training but the rest completely allude me. Any insight on this or any of the others will be greatly appreciated as I've trolled the forums on numerous occasions and found naff all.

Influence = Mental
Wet = Speed
reflexes = Physical
Teamwork is menal as well i think but not totally sure.

Thanks. Logic dictated thats what they should/would be but u can never be sure the game itself uses that same logic and we all know what assumptions make lol. Plus u dont know untill u ask. Thanks again.

I can confirm it is as Mr. Collyer has stated, including that Teamwork falls under Mental training.

Pray to iGP Gods (Andrew and Jack, but most probably won't listen to you, sinner) to give you higher talent.

I haven't yet seen Charisma on any training, perhaps odds are lower who knows. I did also get Aggression, Decisions, and Morale under Mental training however. Mental clearly is the most broad spectrum and hardest to predict. It does seem to try and train up your lowest attributes for the most part too, good in some cases I suppose, wish there were a slightly more complex hidden decision making going on by the simulator here but the game isn't ready for that I imagine. Not to mention it seems much of this really doesn't matter either and from the racers I see in the elite tiers and higher levels they are all nearly maxed in each category anyway.

I haven't. I have 2 drivers with near full attacking, and they bounce between 1st and 15th on the grids (even with a 100% car against worse cars and drivers)

I've confirmed these stats with many others a while ago, also one of my drivers gained Charisma last night through mental training.

Charisma is definitly trained by Mental as i  just did it.

Age (17-20) > Talent > Experience > [Physical > Speed > Defending > Attacking] > Technical > Mental > Upkeep > Age (21-28)
